Hey there Oyster Lover! My name is Brittany Buffaloe, Founder of The Oyster Lover. Since 2020, I’ve watched my husband rise at the crack of dawn to beat the strong sun, battle freezing temperatures, and outrun the rising tides to tend to his oyster farm. It was his hard work and dedication to the farm that sparked a commitment to my own mission: making locally sourced oysters accessible to the community while extending the aquafarmer’s reach.
